Our services are a full service inclusive; and “NashVillage” is located at Music Valley Opryland. Our venue is an elegant antebellum, chic and romantic venue in Nashville Tennessee. A great place for weddings; receptions, showers, teas, bridge, birthday, sorority, fraternity, social gatherings, corporate parties, family reunions, and chapel weddings; which also include full service corporate meeting accommodations with all the necessary boards, projectors, and WiFi; whereas we can assist with the task, (do-it-yourself), or we can conveniently handle it “all” for you; whereas you and your guest just show up (relax, enjoy, take care of business, or just have fun). Accommodates are approximately 150 - 230 guest (variance is based on comfortable seated meals, cocktail social, and/or indoor and out door mingling). BONUS: Online Private planning gallery to store your ideas and images, as well as "after" the Event a Public Gallery for friend and family to share and enjoy.
Venue DESCRIPTION: 8 marble and brass chandeliers, fireplace, tiffany crystal center pieces,
running tower fall water with sound, gel spot lighting, in-house sound system w/ipod and junk drive shuffle station docking, handheld and lapel intercom system, projectors and projector screen, LCD television (s) w/theater surround sound and CD/DVD player, black banquet chairs, 60”-36”-48” rounds tables, 4, 6 and 8 foot rectangles tables, station and bar taller tables, in-house Wedding & Event Planner available to help you along the way (optional), include cake, ceremony officiant, and D.J. (optional) "event security and event insurance (offered)" depending on your type of event, Preferred Vendor List at great pricing, or
Do-it-yourself catering, (in our food prep area), or check-out our preferred vendors list for caterers, cakes, any other event category need. Music options are our in-house ipod docking station, or our mobile junk-box vendor. In-house decorating decor rentals available (candelabras, columns, colonnades, center pieces, in-house chargers, table and chair linens, punch /champayne fountain, chocolate fondue fountain, coffe percolator, beverage urns, 5 gallon cold water tank, bowls, plus much more).
PROMOTIONAL Event Bookings for your "TOTAL WEDDING EVENT" Ceremony and/or Reception starting at $1,875.00 - $10,500.00 complete package deals. This offer is good for up to 50-100 guests. Options includes choice of (two) venues, tables and chairs, the caterer, cake, photographer, video, table and chair linen, ceremony music, d.j., ceremony officiants, bride and w/5 attendants bouquets, all ceremony and reception decorations, reception centerpieces, columns, candelabras, chargers, draping ceiling, ceremony vocalist, ipod docking and sound system, plus more. Everything to create the Perfect Day. Price are determined by your choice of menus, linen type, photo package, choice of venue and flowers, and the number of guest. We will work with your Budget.
